A process is an ordered collection of tasks that you need to repeat in multiple locations with a project or multiple projects. Using processes allows you standardize tasks across projects and business units.

You can manage the process tasks for a project using the new web application. You can:
  • Edit the details of a process task
  • Change the status of a process task
  • Add comments to a process task
  • Attach documents to a process task
  • Attach image files to a process task
  • View associated tasks and forms
  • View the audit trail for the process task status

You can create processes and add them to projects from Field View Classic.
